I found Flamma's breeder Carolyn kind of by accident in 2004 when Carolyn contacted me to show how much her bitch Tru resembled my Konna. They sure did look a lot alike and we started to keep in touch frequently with Carolyn. The things that Carolyn told me about her dogs and the pictures she sent me just made me be more and more interested in Tru. We started joking about me getting a Tru pup since she was to be mated in spring 2005. Tru's litter (2 boys and 2 girls) was born in May 2005 and suddenly I was told that there could be a puppy for me. In the end of the summer I travelled to Canada with my friend and came back with a gorgeous little girl Flamma. Thanks so much Carolyn for letting us have her!

Flamma's dad is Lazy Hills Ryker. Ryker is a handsome big boy, even at over 10 years of age he did not stop fussing for a second when we met him. He is very open, loves people and puppies. In his younger days Ryker competed in flyball. Many of Ryker's offspring compete in agility, obedience and flyball. Flamma's mom is Blush Tried and Tru. Tru has excelled in flyball, she runs 3,8 second times. She has a lot of speed in everything she does but at home she is an easygoing girl.

Flamma is a dark red&white bitch full of speed. Solveig's main interests with Flamma are agility and sheepwork. With sheep, Flamma really is a natural talent, working sheep with a lot of power. Solveig and Flamma have competed a couple of times in herding class 1. In October 2007 Flamma and Solveig passed the basic sheepdog test and received the title PPR1. In agility Flamma is extremely fast, but still keeping her head well together. Flamma has received the Finnish Agility Champion title.

On March 4th 2008 Flamma gave birth to Eyewitness S-litter which is sired by our Spaceman. After that, Flamma is now owned by Solveig alone, but I am still following the life of Flamma with a lot of interest. Thanks Solveig for the nice co-ownership!
