Spooky came to my life when Sinna was 2 years old. I got in touch with Iris Juusela and Juha Hakala, the owners of Pikkupaimenen Cinnamon Twist "Pepsi", who gave birth to a litter of 4 adorable black and white female puppies. Although all four puppies were sooooo cute, Spooky just seemed to be "the one".

Spooky had to undergo a surgery on her hip after an accident when she was only 6 months old so it took a while to get her started with sports. After she had recovered from the operation, she and I competed in obedience, agility and search&rescue. Spooky gained her obedience championship in September 2001 and competed in agility class 3. She was a very quick learner and concentrated always 100 %. Spooky was a fun dog to train with and she always made me laugh when doing something together.

Spooky was always a cool girl, she didn't really care what happened around her as long as she had her special people around her. Spooky has played a big role in raising the Eyewitness puppies, whether they were her own or not. Spooky was exceptionally good in teaching little puppies what is ok and what is not, and she was the one the puppies usually liked to curl next to when they were tired.

Spooky went to some breed shows when she was younger, but we were always a bit unlucky in our "hunt" for the certificates ;-) At the age of ten years we started to show Spooky again, and on July 1st 2007 she received the Finnish Show Champion title.

Spooky spent her last years living the life of a happy grandma, with some special priviledges. She was in a great shape until the day before she passed. There is a huge empty space in our house now that she is gone, she played such a big role in our every day life. Gone but never ever forgotten.
